Vice President and Secretary

As executive vice president and secretary (SEC.), Gurjeet Singh is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. He also leads all front house employee training activities, business leadership and corporate strategy. He also develops the menu and its graphic design and prices the dishes. After studying engineering in India, he went to the UK for further studies in De Montfort University of Leicester. After completing his education, he had five years’ experience in the UK in his own Indian restaurant. He has a total of ten years’ restaurant business experience - 5 years in the UK and 5 years here in California.
